STK-1000 is a telephone central office (CO) fully automatic digital switching equipment with a nominal capacity of 1000 subscribers. It can be installed with as little as 60, and expandable to as many as 3500, subscribers. STK-1000 is designed and implemented using advanced, state of the art, digital technology which in the future can be grown to provide full ISDN service.

STK-1000 can be installed with capacity as little as 60 subscribers initially and later on be expanded incrementally as needed up to 3500 line units.

STK is designed modularly so that capacity increase can be implemented easily by adding the necessary modules and new subscriber data updates.

Call-waiting.
While you are still busy on the phone, you can still accept additional incoming call, as if you have two lines.

Hunting system.
Your office can have many phone lines but needs only one number. This will be convenient for your customers. Alternatively, group of phone numbers (does not have to be sequential) may also be grouped as "hunting", this will make it easier to handle incoming calls by your office personnel.

Conference call.
You can make conference calls and be able to talk to more than one party at the same time.

Malicious call trace.
If you receive many nuisance or malicious calls, at your request you may trace down the caller automatically and instantly.

Call-barring.
You can program your phone such that you can restrict certain phones in your office from making certain calls, such as long distance and / or international calls.

If you are out of the office or visiting your neighbor, you may program your phone to ring at where you are located presently.

Billing System.
Your phone bill will include detailed information of your call transactions, such as date and time of call, call duration, called number, type of call and call charges. This will allow you to monitor and control telephone usage and charges.

Does STK-1000 need special operating environment?

STK-1000 is designed to withstand normal tropical environment without needing special air conditioning or protection, or can be used in cold environment as well. It can be operated completely stand alone and unattended.

General Characteristic
The STK-1000 is a small capacity digital telephone exchange/switch with maximum capacity of 3500 subscribers.
The unit is compact and requires low power (Less than 1000 Watts) to operate.
Switching capacity is 512 conversations, non blocking.
CPU : 32 bit high speed processor, with optional dual redundant CPU and memory banks, each with it's own data high-way bus for maximum reliability.
